To help you grow your business, we’ve been making enhancements in the areas you’ve told us are important to you.

You've provided insight into what we are doing well and where we need to improve. Specifically, you told us you like our innovative and reliable products, our local, problem solving sales team and our helpful U.S.-based customer service team. You've also recommended we improve product availability, responsiveness and shipment notifications. We’ve invested into the areas you care about and I’m pleased to provide a progress update.

Availability Program
We know your time is valuable. When you need a TODAY or EXPRESS bearing product, count on Regal Power Transmission Solutions to ship it. The Availability Program for Sealmaster, McGill and Browning bearings gives you real time information on bearing availability.

Responsiveness/Proactive Shipment Notifications: Giving you accurate, responsive up-to-date shipment information is critical. To move closer to this goal, we are rolling out our Proactive Shipment Notification Program to select customers beginning with Sealmaster and McGill bearings that have quoted lead times (QLT). When a ship date is adjusted by 5 days you will receive proactive communication from our responsive customer service team. We will advise as more brands are added.

New Product Innovations: Helping you stay one step ahead of downtime and keeping productivity going is what it’s all about. We’ve developed problem solving products to save you time and money.


To address labor-intense manual package handling for right angle transfers, we invented the
System Plast® Modsort® Transfer Station for automated, accurate on-the-fly sortation.

For quicker bearing removal we designed the Sealmaster
® large bore mounted ball bearings with a patented Time Saving Axial Groove.

For corrosive wash-down environments, the Sealmaster PN Gold mounted ball bearing with high performance triple lip contact seals is
now IP69K certified!

To help you catch issues before there’s downtime, we offer customized, predictive alerts with our
Perceptiv Monitoring Services to help achieve maximum production.

To get a like new coupling for less we offer a
Kop-Flex®Coupling Re-certification program.

New Website Experience: To save you time, we’ve transitioned all Power Transmission Solutions product content to one site: This includes many enhancements for your online and mobile experience, including an updated interface, faceted search, high resolution 360-degree spin images 3D CAD tools, and Availability Program classifications for McGill®, Sealmaster®and Browning® bearings.To learn more, check out this in depth article.

Continuing Education Including Hands-On Training: Helping customers battle downtime and meet productivity goals are key objectives for distribution today. Our training courses are centered around products, solutions, and sales techniques to accomplish these critical objectives. In 2020, Regal PTS will continue to offer on-line, regional, and factory-based courses led by our subject matter experts. These courses focus on industry trends, common downtime pain points, and the innovative solutions we have learned or developed by addressing challenges our customers face. Visit our Power Transmission Solutions Training site to learn more. Training is also key for our sales and customer service teams. In 2020, we will continue to offer ongoing and on-board training for our employees.
