The Regal Development Program is a 24 month rotational program designed to provide broad exposure to multiple businesses and functions while working on challenging and impactful projects. This program is a great growth platform for future Regal leaders.
Regal's Co-ops work in parallel or alternate with school semesters in a paid, full-time position related to the field of study. Our Co-ops work on real-world projects, including everything from industry-leading products to new technologies.
