Extreme Duck Ultra Motors

The Extreme Duck® Ultra Washdown duty motors is Regal’s revolutionary designed stainless-steel motor featuring our full body epoxy encapsulation system. Our patented solutions ensure greater reliability and uptime by providing maximum protection in the most demanding and harshest washdown environments.

 


Premium Duck™ Motors

The Premium Duck™ motors are proven performers in clean room and severe chemical-processing applications involving frequent washdown with nitric acid and caustic lye. IP56 enclosure for use in applications such as pharmaceutical, food processing, dairy, chemical processing, and beverage and bottling industries.

 


SST Duck™ Motors

The SST Duck™ Wash Down Duty® motors are designed for ultra-clean operations where a paint-free motor is needed. All stainless-steel external components withstand severe washdown environments found in food and beverage processing as well as pharmaceutical or chemical processing.

 


Washguard II Motors

Prevent Bacterial Buildup in Food Processing

With full stainless steel construction, these motors handle the high pressure spray and caustic chemical washdown environment. To keep food processing byproducts and fluids from being harbored on the motor, seams have been minimized, shafts fully sealed, and a new mounting design helps prevent the opportunity for bacterial build-up.

CHEMICAL RESISTANCE COMPARISON

Preventing rust and corrosion in washdown environments is a top priority in the food and beverage industries. Even a small trace of rust or corrosion is enough to shut down a line causing unwanted downtime and possibly resulting in regulatory fines. In order to prevent rust and corrosion, take time to review the washdown chemicals used in your facility and evaluate the motors exposure to washdown procedures.
