Women’s Initiative Network (WIN)
Nearly one-third of all Regal associates are women. Our Women’s Initiative Network provides skills and leadership development sessions in topics like emotional intelligence, stress management, mindfulness, empowerment, and challenges in the manufacturing environment. Women from various global locations, position levels, and job functions all support one another in this initiative.
With WIN, we are creating a community with a focus on building leadership skills and networking opportunities for women at Regal.
