Solution

The bakery equipment manufacturer began installing LEESON® 40HP – 60HP premium efficiency, severe duty inverter rated brake motors with shaft grounding rings, into each vertical spindle mixer. These motors have an integrated braking system for emergency shutoff and epoxy paint for excellent protection from washdown conditions and cleaning agents. They are manufactured using cast iron for severe duty applications and offer a 94% efficiency rating to help saving on future energy costs.
