Regal Development Program
The Regal Development Program is a 24 month rotational program designed to provide broad exposure to multiple businesses and functions while working on challenging and impactful projects. This program is a great growth platform for future Regal leaders.
Early Career Development Program
In the Early Career Development Program, we train driven individuals to become successful working sales professionals:
- 24 week Early Career Development Program for sales professionals prior to district sales assignment
- Interdepartmental hands on business exposure
- Integrated classroom and field work training instruction
