appointment of Paul
J. Jones to the position
of Vice President
and General Counsel.
Mr. Jones will oversee
all aspects of the
Regal Beloit legal
team, concentrating
on SEC matters, mergers
and acquisitions,
contracts, litigation,
compliance and corporate
governance matters. |

comes to Regal Beloit
from the law firm
of Foley & Lardner,
where he was a partner
in their Transactional
and Securities Practices.
He received his Juris
Doctor, cum laude,
from Georgetown University
Law Center and his
B.S., summa cum
laude, from the
University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
Jones was recognized
in 2006 Chambers USA
as one of America’s
Leading Lawyers for
Business, Wisconsin,
and Corporate/M&A. |
